Refund policy
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items or on sale
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or offer a full refund.
To inquire about a return, please email us at sheena@sbeautyco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If eligible, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
