Refund policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items or on sale

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or offer a full refund.

  • If eligible, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
