Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before 12 PM local time)

3. Shipping Rates
• Standard Shipping: $9 flat rate for item less than 4lbs
• Free Shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only)
• Expedited and overnight shipping costs are calculated once you contact us and ask for this shipping method. The rates are based on location we’e shipping to, and weight of product.

International Shipping
• We currently ship to select international countries.
• Delivery times range from 7–21 business days, depending on location.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

5. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
• You can track your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Delays
• While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occur.
